In order to restore your account, please contact us with your current username and password, and your preferred new username and password (8-16 characters each, case sensitive).

The most common cause for this level of suspension is that someone is trying to hack your account. People out there simply try to guess usernames and passwords (using computer programs) - these are called "brute force" attacks. There is nothing we can do to prevent people from trying, but we can prevent them from being successful.

Another common reason is that your login information has been shared and your account is being accessed by multiple computers - this can happen sometimes if you frequently use different computers to access our site.
